About Dubai SUP School
Dubai SUP School operates from Kite Beach, the UAE's most popular SUP location. The school offers beginner lessons, guided coastal tours, and SUP yoga on the calm Gulf waters off JBR. Equipment is available for rent by the hour for independent paddlers.
Lessons
Beginner SUP Lesson
A 90-minute session covering paddleboard basics — how to stand up, paddle efficiently, turn, and fall safely. The lesson takes place in the dedicated, supervised water zone at Kite Beach.
Duration: 90 minutes Price: AED 280 per person (board, paddle, PFD, rash guard provided) Group size: Maximum 4 students per instructor
Intermediate Technique Session
For paddlers who can ride but want to improve efficiency and speed. Covers stroke mechanics, edging, and downwind technique.
Duration: 90 minutes Price: AED 300 per person

One-on-one instruction tailored to your level. Video analysis available.

Tours
Sunrise JBR Coast Tour
An early morning guided paddle along the JBR coastline from Kite Beach to Jumeirah Beach Hotel and back. The Gulf is glassy at sunrise, the Burj Al Arab visible on the horizon.
Departure: 6:00am (October–April) Duration: 2 hours Price: AED 350 per person (minimum 2 people)
Snorkel SUP Tour (East Coast Day Trip)
A combined SUP and snorkel day trip to Fujairah's East Coast beaches (transport included from Dubai). SUP in the morning, snorkeling at a reef site in the afternoon.
Duration: Full day (8am–5pm) Price: AED 650 per person (transport, equipment, guide, lunch)
SUP Yoga
Guided yoga sessions on stable wide-hull paddleboards in Kite Beach's designated SUP zone. Suitable for all yoga levels — no prior SUP experience required.
Duration: 75 minutes Price: AED 250 per person
